  Securely place the items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to TOMAZ

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup via our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
